Step 1: Register with USA Rugby
All players must have an active USA Rugby membership.
Step 2: Register with Los Angeles Rugby Club Youth (LARCY) and Southern California Youth Rugby League (SCYR)
Once you’ve completed your USA Rugby membership, you’ll also need to register with both LARCY and SCYR through MatchFacts.
