LA Rugby fields a 7s squad every summer which roughly runs from June through September each year. The team enters in both competitive and social tournaments throughout the summer. If you are new to rugby it is a great way to get in shape and learn the game, if you are a seasoned vet it is a great way to stay in shape in keep your technical skills polished over the summertime.
