LARC starts 2 Men’s USA Rugby Division 1 teams every Saturday, from January through June.
To play on the A side or B side all players are required to train with the team every Tue & Thu night from 7:30pm to 9:30pm at Westchester Park. USA Rugby rules dictate that clubs can only field 5 non-resident players in the playing 23 for A side, so local players are very important to any club, especially LARC.
If you’ve played soccer, football or even Lacrosse, you will have the skill set already to play Rugby. Come out to training and give it a go!
