Several of our players were used in the filming of a commercial to promote SAP and the use of their software to track rugby stats. The filming was done over one evening at Westchester Park in Los Angeles. LARC was able to provide over 20 players, a lighted field, and a nights worth of work, SAP did the rest and the commercial turned out awesome!

Several of our athletes were used in the filming of and episode of this show which is famous for exploring the technical side of sports. Our players were used to demonstrate the rugby scrum where several experiments were run to show the forces in place when two large bodies come together in what is known as a scrum. Other expierements were also ran such as one on one tackling and the forces placed upon one's body as it hits the ground in either a tackle or a fall in a collapsed scrum.
 
 

Invictus

Provided the casting with a Rugby liaison, with such responsibilities as validating the rugby action scenes throughout the movie as well as the context and content used in the movie. For those more familliar with the technicalities of rugby, this helped the production crew to validate the "rugby action" in the movie.
