Welcome to the Los Angeles Rugby Club.

Est. 1958 as the premier home of
Rugby Union in the South Bay.

2001 – (1st in SCRFU) 16th in USA Div II
2003 – (2nd in SCRFU) 12th in USA Div II
2007 – (1st in SCRFU) 3rd in USA Div II
2008 – (2nd in SCRFU) 12th in USA Div I
2009 – (2nd in SCRFU) 8th in USA Div I
2010 – (4th in SCRFU) Top 32 in USA Div I

LARC starts 2 Men’s teams every Saturday from January through May. This past season LARC and Coast Women’s Rugby joined forces to form LA Coast. In addition LARC revitalized its Old Boys (Over 35's) team to complement the schedule. At LARC there’s a team for you!

To play on the A or B Men’s side all players are required to train with the team every Tue & Thu night from 7:00pm to 9:00pm. USA Rugby rules dictate that clubs can only field 5 non-resident players in the playing 22 for A side, so local players are very important to any club. Especially LARC.

If you’ve played soccer, football or even Lacrosse, you will have the skill set already to play Rugby. Come out to training and give it a go!

If you wish to join LARC in any capacity please contact the President Julian Bristow or the Head Coach Marty Jones. All players of all levels are always welcome to join the Los Angeles Rugby Club.
