2008 has already been a landmark year for LARC with our
50th Anniversary and our long awaited return to the
SCRFU Division 1.

LARC finished 3rd in SCRFU, 5th in CR1 and qualified
13th for the National Sweet 16 Championships in
Austin, TX on May 17-18.

LARC lost to Life University, GA (National D1 Champions)
44-19 and then beat White Plains, NY 53-0 to finish the
2008 season in the TOP 10 in USA Rugby Div 1.

Back In 2007 LARC finished 1st in Southern California and 3rd in the USA for Division 2 so it seems LARC is on the right track for a successful Summer 7’s and 2009 season.

Although the 15’s season is well behind us, don’t fear . . . Summer 7’s is here. This year LARC is proud and very excited to introduce two new 7’s Coaches.

With Bruce & Jaxs at the helm, returning LARC players, 7’s specialists (Dave Diemer) and Loyola & USC students joining in at training and the rookies, the Tue & Thu sessions will be intense, but also fun educational Rugby sessions.

LARC looks to enter all SoCal 7’s events this summer.

The cost per player is usually $20. per event paid on the day that covers entry fee, medical supplies, water etc. There is no cost to participate at training and no dues to pay for the 7’s season. So there is no reason to miss out. See you at training.
